Wills
It is important to make a will in Spain to state your wishes regarding the distribution of your assets. This will make the inheritance process easier for your heirs, especially if you are a foreigner. Otherwise, documentation would need to be requested from your country of origin, which would have to be apostilled and translated, making the process longer and more complex.

Health care
There are many ways to obtain the right to healthcare in Spain.
The main and simplest one is being registered with the Spanish Social Security system, either as an employee, self-employed worker, or by receiving any Social Security benefit in Spain.
If you receive a pension from a country in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you can request an S1 form from your country of residence certifying your pensioner status. With this certificate and proof of residence, you can apply for healthcare in Spain.
You can also benefit from the European Health Insurance Card. You may be entitled to it if you receive healthcare coverage from a member state of the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom. This card is mainly used for travel, allowing you to receive medical care in the countries you visit.
If you are not covered by any country’s healthcare system, you can apply for the Special Agreement (Convenio Especial). To do so, you must prove continuous residence in Spain for at least one year. Being registered under this agreement allows you to demonstrate access to healthcare in Spain, which is one of the requirements for obtaining residency. However, this option involves a monthly fee of approximately €60 if you are under 65 years old, and around €157 if you are 65 or older.
Digital Certificate
Digital certificates are becoming increasingly necessary for anyone who wants to carry out any procedure with public administrations. Getting a digital certificate is easier than you think. We will not only tell you how to get one, but also how to activate it and use it.
Translations

Apostille Application
If you need to apostille a document, you must request it from the legalization department of the country where the document was issued. We can help you both to request it and to send the original document to the country that must issue the apostille, if it is not Spain.
